Method
Whip the tail fat, suet, butter, sunflower oil and sugar until pale.
Add the baking soda and flour and mix into a soft dough that fully absorbs the fats.
Take pieces of about 125 g and shape them into domes about 10 cm across with a slightly raised centre.
Arrange on a tray and decorate each with split peanuts in a flower pattern.
Bake at 200 °C for 45 minutes.
